The Book Autobiography of A Yogi was not written for the purpose of creating hundreds of fake new age gurus, but actual experiences of a an enlightened person and his travel around India. Steve Jobs loved it and apparently read once every year. Autobiography of A Yogi is a book that the youtube gurus wouldn’t want you to read. Autobiography of A Yogi also is a starting point of Kriya Yoga, about which you cant find in detail on the internet, because no one tells it openly.

  • Maya  Maya is the force that creates limitations and divisions in the immeasurable and inseparable (Ram – Sita)
  • Prana – Sensory stimuli are produced by vibratory vibrations in electrons and protons. The vibrations are in turn regulated by prana, or the subtle life-forces or finer than atomic energies. If you can master prana, you may master the 5 senses.
    • Prana is an expression of the Aum vibration of the omnipresent soul. Man’s attachment to the body is due to the reflection of soul on to the fleshly cells. Man mistakes the effect for a cause and imagines the body to have a life of its own. Breath is the link between body and the soul
  • Power of thought – Thought is a force, even as electricity or gravitation. Whatever mind believes in intensely, it would instantly come to pass. 
    • All thoughts vibrate eternally in the cosmos. By deep concentration, a master is able to detect the thoughts of any man, living or dead.
  • Aryan theory – Emigrants from India settled in various parts of Europe and Asia spreading the Aryan speech and folklore for example Lithuanian tongue is in many ways similar to Sanskrit.
